Tom started his career with Agway Inc. in Jamestown New York in 1982. His first job with Agway was working in the Warehouse loading trucks. After about a year of service Tom decided to take on other responsibilities within Agway(i.e learning all jobs at the Plant). Within 4 years he was promoted to 2nd shift foreman.

After being a foreman for the next 3 years he applied for other management positions within the Agway system. He transferred to Winfield, Pennsylvania in 1989 to become the Superintendent of the Winfield plant. Tom worked as the Superintendent for 4 years and was promoted to Plant Manager. Tom worked as a plant manager for Agway until 2002. He was then approached to join The Old Mill Troy, Inc. as a Regional Sales person.

Tom currently holds this position with The Old Mill-Troy, Inc. and covers the Mid-Atlantic region. The Old Mill Troy is the largest premix/Distributor company in the North east. The Old Mill Troy supplies to the Dairy, Swine, Poultry, and Equine markets.

Tom has been married to his wife Mary for 25 years!! They have three children, Heather, Bryan, and Jackie.
